With over 20 years in high-level hospitality, we've planned weddings from private villas on Lake Como to multi-day celebrations in Tuscany, Puglia, and Sicily, for international couples who arrive with bold ideas and need someone who can make them real, without anything slipping behind the scenes.

Lalla has spent over 20 years working in environments where nothing can go wrong and often, something tries to.
She's the person who sees the problem three steps before it happens, reroutes it quietly, and makes sure you never knew it existed. The couple dances. The guests are seated exactly where they should be. The florist arrived two hours early because Lalla told them to.
That level of control isn't an approach. It's a standard she's held for two decades, in venues across Italy and Europe where expectations don't come with a margin for error.

Giada reads a room the way a good editor reads a page, she knows what's working, what needs to shift, and what moment is about to happen before it does.
She's the one who notices that the energy has peaked and it's time to move to dinner. That this couple needs the formality stripped back. That the terrace looks better with the lights lower and the music slightly louder.
