The Wedding Planning service includes the creation of a cohesive creative concept that serves as the guiding theme for the entire event. It encompasses consultations to define the mood and key details, discussions on setup options for the ceremony, reception, and party, and the selection and management of suppliers.
We collaborate with graphic designers to develop stationery, scout venues, assist with catering selection and tastings, coordinate floral arrangements, lighting, and photo/video professionals, and provide guidance on attire for the couple. Additional support includes booking transfers and accommodations if needed, budget management, and reviewing supplier estimates.
We conduct site visits (up to two days) to select the location and plan layouts with suppliers. From preparation through to the event’s conclusion, our team ensures seamless coordination and unwavering support.
The Coordinator
This package includes taking over the coordination of your pre-confirmed suppliers and ensuring their seamless management. This service involves meetings to finalize the event's mood and details, acquiring existing plans, mockups, and moodboards two months prior, and identifying any gaps or inconsistencies.
We oversee the table layout in collaboration with the graphic designer, conduct on-site inspections to plan spaces and arrangements (including Plan A and Plan B), and manage all aspects of the ceremony setup.
On the event day, our team ensures smooth execution, coordinating guest entrances, ceremony participants, musicians, lighting, graphic arrangements, wedding favors, and photo/video professionals, while providing full-day support with our staff.
Destination Weddings includes the creation of a cohesive creative concept as the foundation for the entire event. It covers consultations to define the mood and details, planning and organization of the welcome dinner, post-event day activities, and guest experiences.
The service includes supplier selection and management, venue scouting, collaboration with graphic designers for stationery, catering selection and tastings, floral arrangements, lighting, and coordination of photo/video professionals. Additional support includes advice on attire, transfer and room bookings (if needed), budget management, estimate reviews, and on-site inspections (up to two days) for location selection and setup planning.
The team provides full coordination during the preparation phase and remains present throughout the event to ensure a seamless execution.
